Director of Manufacturing Operations, Europe

Science Corporation seeks candidates for the senior level position Director of Manufacturing Operations, Europe. 

Role responsibilities:

• Define and maintain production strategy based on forecasts and all other necessary requirements (prototype validation)
• Participate in and help develop the company's global manufacturing strategy
• Contribute to the company's financial sustainability by reducing manufacturing costs (Yield, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing)
• Collaborate with the R&D department on design transfer and product industrialization
• Support regulatory submissions as required
• Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System, and in particular Good Manufacturing Practices, (ISO13485)
• Supervise managers and leaders of operations-related activities (supply chain and manufacturing/engineering)

Key qualifications:

• Experience managing a team of technicians and executives
• Experience interacting with all departments concerning operations
• and after-sales service
• Experience in an operations, design transfer or manufacturing process development role in the field of medical devices
• Business-level French proficiency required; native or fluent preferred

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in Neurotech, Biotech, or Medical Device sectors
• Well-established network within EU Neurotech, Biotech, and MedTech

Location & Travel

• Based in Paris with some international travel required. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Paris.  
• Must be able to work effectively across multiple time zones
