Director of Manufacturing Operations, Europe

Science Corporation seeks candidates for the senior level position Director of Manufacturing Operations, Europe.
Role responsibilities:
- Define and maintain production strategy based on forecasts and all other necessary requirements (prototype validation)
- Participate in and help develop the company's global manufacturing strategy
- Contribute to the company's financial sustainability by reducing manufacturing costs (Yield, continuous improvement, lean manufacturing)
- Collaborate with the R&D department on design transfer and product industrialization
- Support regulatory submissions as required
- Ensure adherence to the Quality Management System, and in particular Good Manufacturing Practices, (ISO13485)
- Supervise managers and leaders of operations-related activities (supply chain and manufacturing/engineering)
Key qualifications:
- Experience managing a team of technicians and executives
- Experience interacting with all departments concerning operations
- and after-sales service
- Experience in an operations, design transfer or manufacturing process development role in the field of medical devices
- Business-level French proficiency required; native or fluent preferred
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in Neurotech, Biotech, or Medical Device sectors
- Well-established network within EU Neurotech, Biotech, and MedTech
Location & Travel
- Based in Paris with some international travel required. Must live in or be willing to relocate to Paris.
- Must be able to work effectively across multiple time zones
