SciFi headstage

SciFi makes neural recording experiments easy and flexible. It combines high-bandwidth acquisition and WiFi data telemetry, with powerful researcher tools that enable on-device model deployment and custom ASIC interfacing. Client libraries, a command line interface, and Synapse GUI provide plug-and-play functionality that scales to meet the needs of the most rigorous neural engineering applications.

Plug-and-play support for Axon Probes

The Synapse Headstage integrates seamlessly with Science Axon Probes. Axon probes are fully assembled custom active probes supporting up to thousands of electrodes or microLEDs.

Three SciFi headstages sit next to one another: one flexible, one rigid with a well, and one rigid without a well.

Part of the Science Ecosystem via Synapse

Effortlessly discover and connect to other Synapse devices on your local network using the Synapse CLI or GUI. The Synapse protocol lets you automatically identify each device, making setup quick and intuitive.

Axon adapters let you use existing probes with SciFi and the Science Ecosystem

Convert legacy probe signals into the Axon protocol, allowing for plug-and-play support with SciFi and the Science neural engineering ecosystem.
