The EU Vision Rehabilitation Program Manager will manage the delivery of Science Corporation’s vision rehabilitation program for PRIMA-implanted patients across Europe. This is a high-impact, cross-functional leadership role at the intersection of clinical excellence, patient experience, and commercial execution.
You will be accountable for building, scaling, and continuously improving a best-in-class vision rehabilitation program—ensuring consistent, high-quality patient outcomes while supporting the successful launch and growth of PRIMA across EU markets.
Role responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end delivery of EU PRIMA vision rehab program and high-quality patient experience; act as hands-on specialist backup.
- Lead hiring, onboarding, and hybrid team (employees/freelancers) with day-to-day coaching, performance, scheduling, travel, and logistics.
- Optimize, evolve, and roll out scalable rehab curriculum with digital/remote/gamified elements across EU geographies.
- Collaborate with sales, clinical affairs, and marketing to align rehab with launch/site strategies.
- Define/track KPIs and metrics; drive continuous improvement via data/feedback while ensuring clinical/ethical/operational compliance.
Key qualifications:
- Proven people manager and leader within healthcare, MedTech, or medical device environments (ideally 3+ years in a formal management role)
- Experience managing healthcare program delivery, clinical operations, or clinical trial operations
- Demonstrated success leading teams across multiple EU countries or regions
- Fluent in English plus one additional EU language
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate, develop, and coordinate diverse teams
- Highly organized, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Creative problem-solver with a patient-first mindset
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications:
- Background in clinical care, rehabilitation, or patient-facing healthcare roles
- Experience in low vision, ophthalmology, neurology, or related therapeutic areas
