Return Policy

Subject to the terms of this Return Policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of the SciFi, Omnetics Adapter, or Cereport Adapter from Science Corporation (“Science,” “we,” or “us” and each named product, a “Product”), you may request a return and refund within thirty days after the date your item was shipped.

What products are eligible for returns?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened (product seals), in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Returned items that are used, damaged or altered in any way (other than by way of defect or damage during transit) are not eligible for return and may be sent back to the customer. We cannot accept returns for orders damaged or missing in transit via a mail forwarder. Any Product that was not ordered directly from us is not eligible for return.

How to Return Your Purchase

You may initiate a request for a return by contacting us at https://science.xyz/company/contact/form/ within thirty days of the date your item was shipped, using the email address you used to purchase your order with your name, order number, and the reason for your return (including whether the item is damaged/defective or you did not receive the item). We will then provide you with further instructions as to how to ship back your purchased Product(s). Returned items must be shipped back to us and postmarked within thirty days of the date your original item was shipped to you, otherwise such return may not be eligible for a refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return are not able to be accepted and may not be eligible for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse, at our sole discretion, a refund for any items that are not eligible under the terms of this Return Policy, including without limitation, any items that are returned in damaged condition or not timely returned.

Refunds

If the return is accepted by Science, your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days from the receipt of your returned item for a full refund to process.

Please note that you may be responsible for costs of shipping the Product back to us and may not be refunded unless the return is due to defects in the product or the product was damaged in initial transit to you.
