By placing an order with Science, Purchaser certifies that:
(a) Purchaser is not, and the end user is not, listed on any U.S. government restricted-party list;
(b) Purchaser will not export, re-export, or transfer the Deliverables to any embargoed country or to any restricted party;
(c) The Deliverables will not be used in connection with any military, intelligence, nuclear, missile, chemical, or biological weapons end-use prohibited by 15 C.F.R. Part 744;
(d) Purchaser’s designs and other Purchaser Materials do not contain technology subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations;
(e) Purchaser is responsible for determining the export classification of its designs and the end product, and for obtaining any required export licenses or authorizations;
(f) Purchaser will comply with all applicable U.S. and non-U.S. export-control and sanctions laws.
